Extract the DVD’s audio track (as PCM WAV 44KHz/16bit) to your hard drive using a DVD ripper , use your favorite burner to record it to your favorite brand of CD-R. As for the ripper , I can’t recommend any for Windows since I use a different platform. Wait a bit (or head to one of the software forums dedicated to ripping) and someone will eventually suggest something
