When purchasing a cheap LCD TV, you run the risk of it losing picture quality in a short amount of time, and it may break within the first one or two years from the purchase date. Also, when you spend your money on a cheap LCD TV, you probably will not buy the extended warranty because it will end up costing more than the actual TV. Knowing this, there is no reason why you should not spend a little bit more on a Vizio TV compared to a cheap LCD TV.
